Therapy for adults

Every individual has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life and therapy is a great way to move towards these goals. I specialize in treating adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have a particular passion working with women struggling with fertility and postpartum moms.  I believe therapy is most effective when there is genuine trust, connection, and collaboration.  My primary approach to therapy utilizes Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Psychological assessment is a great passion of mine. It is similar to putting the pieces of a puzzle together, and it is through the combination of the pieces that a complete picture of the individual can be formed. Through this process, you can gain a deeper understanding of your mental health, cognitive abilities, personality traits, and behavior. The results of a psychological assessment identify psychological disorders which can lead to more effective treatment plans and interventions. I am currently offering psychodiagnostic evaluations for those who want a clear picture to know what mental health diagnosis they may be experiencing. This would include a clinical interview, psychological testing, and a feedback session and report that would provide you with information regarding current mental health diagnoses and personality characteristics.
